In 1938, H\u00fcte Dr. Werheim founded a plant in Velvary.<\/strong><\/p>\n Since September 2023, the plant in Neu-Ulm has been part of the OETINGER Group.<\/p>\n Our Velvary plant is equipped with state-of-the-art processing facilities, including two briquetting lines for processing Al chips and a packing press. These facilities are critical in processing the incoming material and preparing it for optimal use in our production.<\/p>\n At Velvary, around 120 tonnes of aluminium are produced here with 90 employees on 4 shifts around the clock. Up to four liquid metal deliveries are every day to ensure that we can supply our customers using the just in time (lean manufacturing) philosophy.<\/p>\n In addition to liquid aluminium, around 32,000 tonnes of aluminium ingots are delivered from the Velvary site each year.<\/p>\n Over the seven years, a total of more than 19,000 tonnes of liquid metal have been produced and delivered from here.<\/p>\n We focus on innovation and the highest precision to provide our customers with aluminium solutions that meet the highest quality standards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" In 1938, H\u00fcte Dr. Werheim founded a plant in Velvary.
