The contact form is available for reporting information, violations and misconduct.

Every report is important to us as it helps us to minimise risks in the company.

You can submit your information digitally via the contact address konflikt@oetinger.net.

You are free to send the report anonymously or by providing your contact details.

If contact details are available, you will receive a response from us within the next 2 working days about the processing status.

Every report will be processed with due care, taking into account the existing data protection guidelines.

The reports are subject to a review and initial assessment. If the report is relevant, a corresponding investigation is initiated with the relevant departments.

Feedback on corrective measures is provided within 2 weeks.
